Shopify stores running paid ads, and the agencies that run them

Your tracking broke weeks ago and nothing told you

We watch the tracking on your Shopify store and send you an email the day it stops working. That is weeks earlier than a drop in ROAS will tell you.

$19 per month, per storeCancel any time from your account settings. If you run stores for clients, see the questions below.

We are not charging yet. Pressing the button puts you on the list, and we will come back to you before anything is paid for.

Where the money goes today

A pixel can stop sending purchases while every dashboard still reads connected. Shopify does not send you a notice when it happens.

The first cost is the ad budget you spent while the numbers were wrong. The second one is worse. Your campaigns keep optimising on conversions that never arrived, so they move money towards the wrong audiences, and they keep doing it after the pixel is fixed.

Most people catch this with a spreadsheet and a weekly test order. That holds until you run more than a couple of stores, and it only works on the days somebody remembers to look.

What it does

Questions

Does it compare my numbers against Meta, GA4 and Google Ads?
Not in the first version. It watches the Shopify side, which is where these failures start and where we can look without waiting on an app review from Meta or Google. Comparing against the ad platforms is the step after that. If it is the part you actually need, say so when you join and it moves up the list.
What happens on August 26, 2026?
Shopify removes checkout.liquid, the Additional Scripts field and script tags on the Thank you and Order status pages for every store that is not on Plus. Any tracking still running through those stops that day. Shopify's own upgrade guide calls that date the deadline.
I run stores for clients. Is there a price for that?
Yes. $49 a month covers up to five stores under one login, with one alert list for your team. Tell us how many stores you run when you join and we will size it properly before launch.
What do you need from my store?
Read access to your orders and your pixel settings, through the normal Shopify app install. We do not need your ad accounts, and we do not ask for customer names or addresses. What gets stored and how to delete it is on the privacy page.
When does it launch?
We are working out whether enough people want this before we build it. That is why the price is on this page and why nothing is charged yet. Everyone on the waitlist hears the launch date before anyone else.
Who is behind this?
Smallcraft Labs, a small software company. Company details are on the terms page.
